Jay arrives at your home at the scheduled time, listens to your concerns, and troubleshoots the problem with you in your living room or home office. Everything is tested on your actual Wi-Fi and printer. Before leaving, Jay writes down clear notes so you have an easy reference guide.

General troubleshooting is $90/hour with a 1-hour minimum. After the first hour, we bill in simple 15-minute increments ($22.50), so you never pay for unused time. Fixed packages (like New Device Setup for $199) are flat-rate—you pay one set price no matter how long the data transfer takes.

There is zero travel fee for all homes in South Palm Beach County (Boca Raton, Delray, Boynton) and North Broward (Pompano, Fort Lauderdale, Parkland, Weston). For extended coastal trips (Palm Beach Island, Aventura, Coral Gables), we require a 2-hour minimum visit ($180).

Yes. While Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV) are our primary specialty, we regularly assist with Windows computers, Android devices, Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Roku), and wireless home printers.

Absolutely. We never save or record your passwords on any external device. When setting up logins, you type your own credentials directly into your device. Your personal files, emails, and photos remain completely confidential.
